- FREE SHIPPING. Shipping is included in the price posted.  Continental USA only.  All items ship insured and tracking information and delivery instructions are emailed to you. 

- Freight Shipments / LTL:  Freight Drop Ship has proven to be the safest / fastest way to move large furniture items. Cartons are placed on wood pallets and transported to your address. The Freight Company will call  1 or 2 days in advance to set an appointment.

- LTL Freight to a Residence:  We will include a lift gate service for free if the item is large (cabinet, sofa, etc) In this case they will bring the item to your door or garage door. If you live in a building: delivery is to the package room or cargo area.  Inside delivery, assembly and removal of empty cartons is not included on the posted price. If you require inside delivery ( to the 1st room ) or white glove delivery (includes assembly, placement, removal or empty cartons) please contact the store and request these extra services. We can add these for an extra charge. Please note that some services are not available for certain areas.

- LTL Freight to a Commercial Address: Items will be delivered to your dock or loading area. Please inform the dock about inspecting the items upon arrival.

 -Basic assembly will be required in most cases. Instructions will be provided. Please note most freight companies do not deliver on weekends. Most deliveries take place between 9-5 pm on week days.

- UPS or Fedex Shipments. Small items will ship by regular carrier. An adult should be present  to accept and sign for delivery. These are delivered to your door.

- Items in stock usually ship within 7-10 days. Transit time depends on the on the shipping method used. Individual small pieces will ship by regular carrier like UPS or Fedex. Larger items or multiple pieces from the same source (brand) will go by freight on a pallet.
 
- Back ordered pieces will take up to 8-10 weeks to ship but in many cases it could be less. Let us know prior placing your order and we will provide a more accurate time of arrival. Custom order items shipping will be 8-12 weeks. Allow 10 days to be transported after it is received in the warehouse. We will always try to expedite your order if possible.

- Inside Delivery. Extra charges will apply if you want inside delivery or assembly. In case you want us to coordinate any of these services for you just let us know. We will prepare an all inclusive quote to your specifications. Please note that some delivery services might not be available for your area.

- Redirections. Additional charges will apply in case the shipment needs to be redirected to a different address. These charges are payable to the freight company and are the customer's responsibility.

- Inaccessible/rural areas. Additional charges will apply to deliveries to inaccessible areas like narrow streets, rural areas, islands or similar. Allow more time for delivery to take place if this applies to your case.  Please contact us at 480-941-8192 if you need more information.       

- Refused Delivery. In case delivery is refused by the customer due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping charges from and back to the source. Please make sure to ask all the pertinent questions about delivery before you have placed the order.  We will put all the details in writing in your receipt for reference.

- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be extra. International customers pay all customs fees. International: Please check with your local Customs authority for charges and restrictions when importing from US.

- NY City shipments might require an extra charge.  Please confirm your building can accept furniture shipments. An adult must receive the merchandise, inspect and sign for delivery.  Please make sure that you can accept a freight curbside delivery in your area. Traffic, narrow streets or congested areas will not allow a large truck to stop and deliver curbside. We recommend to use a last mile delivery company in this case. They can receive the merchandise and then transport and install for you. These services are payable to them directly.

- Canada When shipping to Canada, the customer will be responsible for Customs Clearance Fees. 

- International Shipments: When shipping overseas, the customer will be responsible for Customs Clearance and import Fees.

- Delays are expected around the following dates. Last 2 weeks of December and 1st week of January as all companies try to adjust to the high traffic of the season (Christmas). End of January / Beginning of February as the Chinese celebrate New Year and factories close. European products will take longer to be received during the summer months. They take vacation time seriously in Europe and production stops for 3-4 weeks in most cases. Please plan ahead and take these dates into consideration when placing an order. We will be happy to check if you have any questions.  

- ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival is a good faith estimate provided by the importer / manufacturer. Several parties are involved in the production and distribution of the items we sell. Factories, international freight companies and domestic ones might experience delays due to many factors. Also US Customs might hold a load for inspections. Always keep in mind that an ETA is just an estimate (90% of the times is accurate).

- IMPORTANT: When receiving your shipment, please check for any damages to the boxes prior accepting delivery. Note to the driver any visible tears, punctures, water damage or any other problems. You can ask to make sure the merchandise is in perfect condition before they leave. In the event of damaged merchandise and/or packages do not accept delivery. Please
contact us at 480-941-8192. You will be sent a replacement at no cost to you. If damages are discovered after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours.

- Sorry, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
