It is our goal to provide a hassle free shopping experience to our clients.
- We do not charge restocking fees on returns. However, shipping cost is not refundable: You will be issued a credit for the purchase price minus actual shipping charges (original shipping, absorbed by 2b mod on the sale / and return shipping).
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Please make sure to open and inspect all the items upon arrival. If cartons are damaged, please make a note on the receipt.
- If for any reason you would like to return your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Item must be in new, unwrapped, in resalable condition with it's original package. Please do not discard the package until you have confirmed that you want to keep the item.
- Once a Return has been authorized: Items must be returned in the same method that it was shipped to you.
-In the rare event that we have a product being returned for manufacture issues you will be fully refunded. We are proud to say that we have had just a few of these situations in the past 11 years. We had cases of returns because a wrong color was ordered, mistakes in measurements or a whole different item was received. But rarely this has happened based on quality. The fact is that if this happened just in a small percentage, our business would be impossible. We avoid lower quality items that bring this kind of situation to us.
- In the event your item is missing parts, we will send them to you at no cost. Defective parts will be replaced in the same way.
- If you have received a wrong item item or color, please contact us. You will be sent the correct item at no cost to you and a call tag will be set up for the wrong product.
- Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us. Please read details bellow:
1- Regular orders (excluding special orders) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that if the items have shipped, client is responsible for shipping charges.
2- Special Order or Custom Items can not be cancelled.
Return Exceptions: Final Sale items, Custom Orders, store floor models are not returnable. Some products (as table bases) can not be returned. We just have a few items that follow within this group. This Return Exception is mentioned in the product description and we confirm it with the client before charging or shipping the orders.
Dear Trade Clients and Business Owners: If working on a public area on which Commercially Graded furniture or UL Certified Lighting are needed, please inquire before ordering the items. 2b mod sells both (Commercial and not rated for Commercial use) items.
